First Consultation – R499.00

• The first consultation last between 30 min to one hour.
• A consult in person with a Professional Organiser.
• To evaluate the areas that need organising, decluttering and styling.
• To determine the amount of micro and macro organising.
• To discuss infrastructure and the need for organising products to be sourced.
• To advise and give input on possible organising solutions.

Cost per project:

We have completed several projects in the last two years with experienced and knowledgeable professional organisers. We aim to understand your specific needs and keep in mind that every space is unique. We are therefore careful to assign a specific price tag to a project.

We do however work on the following scales to determine costs:

1. Between R2900.00 and R4400.00 a day depending on your specific needs.
2. A discounted service fee is applicable for projects scheduled for longer than three days.
3. We charge R6.00 for every kilometre travelled from our regional office to your location.
4. We dedicate a minimum of seven hours a day toward the completion of the project.

Payment

1. A 70% deposit of the total estimated amount for the project must be paid to secure your booking. The commencement date of the project will be communicated to you via email and Whatsapp. The remaining balance is to be paid on the same day of completing the project.
2. A service fee of 15% will be levied on all containers or products sourced for the project.
3. A service fee of 15% will be levied for any third-parties services arranged for you by us or a once-off fee of R750.00 will apply to avoid costly markup’s on third-party costs.
4. Any extra consumables, for example, boxes, shelving, picture hanging systems etc. will be charged separately.

Time-Frames of completion of the project

The time frame will be discussed during the first consultation. The quotation serves as a guideline as to how long we anticipate for the project to keep us busy but might be completed earlier or later than quoted for – if more time is required for the completion of the project a dedicated manager will be in contact with you to discuss changes and obtain consent.
